The precast concrete shuttering magnet is one of the most important accessories for the precast concrete industry. The precast concrete industry encounters difficulty in improving working efficiency and cost reduction when positing and fixing the formworks. In the past, the PC industry used welding or bolting to fasten the formwork, but this way easily damaged the expensive formwork tables. And then some conventional precast shuttering magnets were evolved to position and fasten the formwork, but considerable mechanical loads with a hammer must be needed, which always caused damage to magnets and the surface of expensive formwork tables too. Neither is efficient or economic for the operation. It consists of an array of switchable Neodymium magnets and a steel casing which forms a special designed magnetic circuit. This magnetic circuit may increase the magnetic force much more than only Neodymium magnets. There is one on/off button on the middle of the steel casing top and two threaded holes integrated on both sides of the top.
How to Use Precast Concrete Shuttering Magnet:
Press the on/off button on top and then this magnetic force is activated so that the shuttering magnet can fasten the formwork to the steel table tightly. Two threaded holes integrated on the top can be equipped with various adapters, which can provide unlimited options for use. If you want to break the formwork, you may use a lifting lever to pull up the button to easily deactivate the magnetic force. The shuttering magnet is light and easy to move and position during operation.

Maintenance and Safety Precautions:
1.Steel casing protects the unit of Neodymium magnets integrated. Don’t use hard tools to crash or knock the steel casing. If knock is necessary, please use the rubber hammer.
2.The inside unit of Neodymium magnets must be kept clean. Avoid grout going inside the shuttering magnet so as to ensure rated magnetic force being kept and on/off button being operated flexibly.
3.After use, it should be kept clean and oiled so as to being protected from corrosion.
4.The max operating or storage temperature must be below 80C degrees. Higher temperature may cause shuttering magnets to reduce or lose magnetic force totally. If higher temperature is needed, please tell us, and then we may customize appropriate precast shuttering magnets for you.
5.The magnetic force in the working side is too strong, although almost no magnetic force is felt outside the steel casing of the precast concrete shuttering magnet. Please keep it far away from electronic instruments and unnecessary ferromagnetic metals. Special caution should be exercised if someone is wearing a pacemaker, because strong magnetic fields can damage the electronics inside pacemakers.
